How to Use:

• Blow the nose gently before use.
• Remove the protective cap.
• Hold the bottle upright and press the spray head until a fine mist appears before first use.
• Adults and children over 6 years: apply 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 2-6 times daily.
• Babies and children up to 6 years: apply 1 spray into each nostril, 2-6 times daily.
• Wipe the spray head after use and replace the cap.
