Instructions for use:

We recommend adding 1-2 handfuls to warm bath water (37-39°C) and enjoying it for a minimum of 20 minutes. Relax and enjoy all the benefits of the mineral salts. Remember to hydrate well and apply cream (or our balm) while your skin is still damp.
