‣ Magnesium chloride absorbed through the skin (transdermal), used in baths, is a far superior method to safely increase magnesium levels in the body.

Instructions for use:

・Add 1-2 handfuls of magnesium chloride flakes to warm bath water (37-39°C) for optimal absorption and relax for a minimum of 20 minutes.

・For a beneficial foot bath: Dissolve 1 to 2 handfuls (approx. 100g - 300g)
in a warm foot bath of 5 litres at approximately 37 °C. Relax and soak your feet for up to about 20 minutes.
