Usage tips
Tatwa advises shaking each bottle and tapping it in the palm of your hand before each use.
For Kuka: take 2 sprays under the tongue in the morning upon waking, then in the afternoon after a meal.
For Caapi and Chichaja: take 2 sprays of Caapi, followed by 2 sprays of Chichaja, 4 times a day.
