Tatwa advises shaking each bottle and tapping it in the palm of your hand before each use.
The Resilience Kit is taken in 3 successive phases.
Phase 1: take 2 sublingual sprays of Huantuc, 4 times a day.
Phase 2: once Phase 1 is completed, take 2 sublingual sprays of Chiric Sanango, followed by 2 sublingual sprays of Chagropanga, 4 times a day, simultaneously.
Phase 3: once Phase 2 is completed, take 2 sublingual sprays of Chichaja, 4 times a day.
