Blinc White Lash Primer is a conditioning lash primer with a white texture designed to create a base of visible volume and length before mascara application. Developed to nourish and enhance lashes, it can also be worn on its own before bed and removes with plenty of warm water.

Active Ingredients:

How to Use:

• Apply to clean lashes before mascara.
• Add as many coats as desired, waiting about 30 seconds between each coat.
• Apply mascara after priming, or wear alone before bed.
• To remove, use plenty of warm water.
