NEOTONE Eyes is a brightening eye contour treatment developed for the sensitive eye area. This gel-cream with a roll-on applicator delivers a fresh, soothing and decongesting sensation while helping improve the appearance of both vascular dark circles and pigmented dark circles, as well as under-eye puffiness.
